Back in the '50s Oscar Molinari and Laura Mattioli emigrated to Switzerland in Crans Montana; after several years working in hotels and restaurants they returned in Fiorano and decided to build an hotel and restaurant called "Montana" just like the place they both loved and tried to build the restaurant respecting the architectural style of Crans Montana.

The "Hotel Ristorante Montana", was born April 2, 1967 and began to accommodate drivers like Gilles Villeneuve and Lorenzo Bandini; April 1985 Oscar and Laura gave outsource "Montana" to the family Paolucci, who took over the in July of '96.

The family begins Paolucci management of the Restaurant was a turning point to the philosophy of the club.
The next generation is represented by Alberto, to assist parents Maurizio and Rossella, in addition to the latter's mother, Dina, the restaurant's traditional strength.
All together, with good staff, to animate this place that only those who appreciated the experience Montana can fully understand.
